Design and build the AI agent layer that powers Stage 2 simulations. You'll work on agent selection, prompt engineering, and routing inference — directly shaping how AI behaves inside a live session.
- 3+ years building production ML/AI systems
- Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
- Strong understanding of agent orchestration patterns
- Ability to think about AI behavior in organisational contexts
Simulation Designer
Design simulation scenarios for enterprise clients. You'll work directly with firms to map workflows, write decision questions with the right complexity, and configure sessions that generate high-signal routing data.
- Background in operations, consulting, or business process design
- Ability to write clear, ambiguous-by-design decision scenarios
- Comfortable facilitating workshops with senior enterprise stakeholders
- Understanding of AI workflow concepts (routing, escalation, automation)
Enterprise Sales Lead
Own the enterprise sales motion for financial services and technology verticals. You'll run discovery, demo sessions, and workshops — converting CTOs and COOs from curious to contracted.
- 5+ years in enterprise B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or consulting
- Experience selling to CTOs, Heads of AI, or COOs
- Strong understanding of AI transformation buying dynamics
- Comfortable with $50k–$500k ACV deal cycles
Full Stack Engineer
Build the session platform, QR join flow, real-time simulation interface, and Expert Skills Marketplace. You'll own entire product surfaces from design to production.
- 4+ years of full-stack product engineering
- Strong TypeScript, React, and Node.js skills
- Experience with real-time systems (WebSockets or similar)
- Product-minded — you care how it feels, not just how it works
Head of Marketing
Own SkillSimm's go-to-market narrative and demand generation. You'll build the content strategy, own SEO, and run campaigns targeting CTOs, Heads of AI, and COOs across financial services and technology.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing, ideally in AI/SaaS
- Strong content and SEO instincts — you can write, not just direct
- Experience running campaigns for technical buyer personas
- Comfort with product-led growth and demand-gen motions
Client Success Manager
Ensure every client gets maximum value from their simulation sessions — from pre-session setup through policy output delivery. You'll own onboarding, NPS, and expansion within accounts.
- 3+ years in client success or account management for enterprise SaaS
- Ability to understand AI workflow concepts and explain them clearly
- Strong project management and client communication skills
- Experience with $100k+ ACV accounts
