Our enterprise sales and client success team operates out of New York — close to financial services, insurance, and media clients who run the most complex workflow simulations.

Serving European enterprise clients across financial services, healthcare, and operations. London anchors our EMEA expansion with a growing simulation design and sales team.

Global
SkillSimm is built remote-first. Half our team works fully distributed across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. All roles are open to remote candidates.
How we work remotely
Async by default
Every decision is documented. Meetings are recorded. No one is disadvantaged by timezone.
Two in-person gatherings per year
The whole team meets twice a year for strategy, simulation design sprints, and team bonding.
Client-proximity hiring
We hire where our clients are. Enterprise sales and simulation roles are often co-located with clients.
Home office stipend
Every remote team member gets a one-time $2,000 home office setup allowance and $100/month for coworking.
